Would have been better had I not injured myself. No worries; nothing serious. I’ll be back at it again tonight. The next activity is 5 miles. WHOAH! Looking forward to it!

This is the half marathon training which includes running and a 60 second walking cool down between intervals. Today was day 1 of week 1.
