I’ve decided that I wanted to learn Morse Code (CW) as there is an entire world of CW in the amateur radio bands that I do not understand. I’m using LCWO.net for training and since I am a huge visual learner, I’m using the code listening tool found here to see and hear in real time.
15 WPM practice and I step it up to 20 WPM for the last two attempts.
Lesson two is “U” with “K” and “M” sprinkled in.
12 attempts – lowest score correct 62.9. Highest score correct 100. I did have to drop my effective speed down to 10 WPM while leaving character speed at 20 WPM. Time for lesson 3.
